Rockwood Policies and Procedures

Player Registration
A downloadable registration form for players or you can register on-line at http://rockwoodjuniorbaseball.eventbrite.com
Player/Team Waiver
Use this form for your Area to apply for J.B.O. approval of a team roster consisting
of less than twelve players, and to apply for approval for a player that
wishes to play in your Area, but resides in another Area. This form is also
used for players transferring between two teams, medical issues, or other
reasons requiring an approved waiver. (downloadable)
Team Roster
This form is used to submit an official roster for each individual team. Rosters
can not be changed once they are submitted, unless a waiver is filed using
the Player/Team waiver form. (downloadable)
Coach Registration
Use this form to register as a coach (downloadable)
Umpire Registration
Any adult interested in being an umpire can apply as well as anyone Junior
and above. You must be at least 2 years ahead of the teams you umpire.
